Shannon Padgett has been an associate attorney with the firm since 2006. Formerly an Assistant State Attorney, she volunteers her time to assist as a judge in the Teen Court program and a mediator for the Citizen's Dispute Resolution program.
She has been awarded the firm's coveted Top Negotiator Award as a result of her tireless fight for her client's rights. She does not limit her work to plea negotiation, and frequently takes cases to trial. She is the author of WHITE v. REVCO DISCOUNT DRUG CENTERS: Should private employers be held liable for the negligence of off-duty police officers employed for private security purposes?
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris doctor from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
