Jacksonville FL — Kenneth O. Boston brings extensive courtroom experience to Dale Carson Law, including trial work, motion practice and negotiations. He served for more than two decades as a trial attorney and division chief with the Florida State Attorney’s office. He practices in Criminal law.

Boston is a known and respected legal theory improviser, who analytically thinks through a case to see how it can be won and lost. He not only practices these techniques, but also teaches these theories to state prosecutors through “doing by example,” and a lot of hands-on training.

Boston works with the insider knowledge that the US Government wants to only prosecute those cases they are sure they can win. In exploiting that fact, Boston will often open the options permits appeal on those issues brought up at trial. Clients can trust he will go over all points of the case. Boston has always thought about the “what-if, no-limits” of a case – for example, thinking about “what would be the perfecto outcome?” is a typical beginning point for him. Always concerned with the end result, “I start with the best case scenario and result in mind, and then I collect the ingredients needed to get me there,” he explained.

Ken is an active member of the Jacksonville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and serves on the Kappa Alpha Psi Scholarship Committee, which awards monetary assistance for college, to local high school graduates. Ken also participates in the “Take Stock in Children” program, and is involved in the mentoring program to high school students.

Ken earned a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from Florida State University, and his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
